Two Olympians from Winter Haven, Florida are competing in a 400 yard swim and 5k run for bragging rights and to raise money for Cady Way Pool. Be an Olympic Challenger and compete alongside runner Keith Brantly and swimmer Rowdy Gaines. Wetsuits allowed!

- Swim with Rowdy and Keith starting at 6:50 a.m.
- Change into running clothes at the Cady Way Pool
- Toe the 5k start line from a reserved corral with Rowdy and Keith at 7:30 am.
To highlight the importance of eating fresh produce for optimal healthy living, we want you to eat your fresh fruit, feel great and get ready to "Pass the Pineapple". We're not kidding! Every runner or walker who finishes in front of the running pineapples receives a free smoothie card from Planet Smoothie.
Encourage your school’s students, teachers and parents to participate together for school spirit and earn money for your PTA!
• A cash donation will be awarded to the top three schools with the most runners and walkers participating!
• To qualify for the cash donation, a school must have a minimum of 25 runners/walkers.

Kids' runs are free for all children. Distances range from 100 yards to 1 mile and children will be placed in age appropriate groups. The first 125 registered participants will receive a T-shirt. The Kids’ Runs start and finish at the finish line. Registration is on race day at race site.
All paid entrants receive a t-shirt. Sizes are not guaranteed on race day registration.
All finishers receive a finisher's certificate. Don't forget to provide your email address!
At Track Shack, we believe in changing Central Florida one shoe at a time. Help us as we reach out to the community during this earth friendly event. By bringing gently used running shoes (youth and adult) to the race, you're helping to support local needs. Shoes will be collected on race day at the site.
