Got the need for speed? "Five and Dime" offers serious coaching and friendly competition in a very social atmosphere. This group coached training program emphasizes speed, strength, and conditioning through track workouts, running drills, tempo training and hill runs.

Thursdays - Hill and tempo runs to make you a faster runner!
|Locations||Howard Middle School and Glenridge Middle School
|Time||6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.|
|Prerequisite||Solid running base of 12-15 miles/week|
|Coaches||Nathan Adams, Dave Dickinson & Wayne Talbott|
|Fee||New members: $75 per 10 week session
Alumni: $65 per 10 week session
Annual membership: $230 January- December (Alumni Only)
