Five and Dime

Got the need for speed? "Five and Dime" offers serious coaching and friendly competition in a very social atmosphere. This group coached training program emphasizes speed, strength, and conditioning through track workouts, running drills, tempo training and hill runs.

UPCOMING SESSION-

Tues. October 16, 2012 - Thurs. December 20, 2012

Time Trial:

ALL Five and Dime participants meet at the Howard Middle School track the first night of each 10-week session for the One Mile Time Trial.

10 Wk Sessions New Sessions begin: August, October, January and March
Annual Membership is available for January enrollment only
2 Days / Week Tuesdays - Focus on track workouts
Thursdays - Hill and tempo runs to make you a faster runner!
Locations Howard Middle School and Glenridge Middle School

Time 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Prerequisite Solid running base of 12-15 miles/week
Coaches Nathan Adams, Dave Dickinson & Wayne Talbott
Fee New members: $75 per 10 week session
Alumni: $65 per 10 week session
Annual membership: $230 January- December (Alumni Only)

» Tuesday & Thursday evenings meets at the Glenridge Middle School track

Coach Nathan and Coach Wayne's Pace Groups
» Tuesday meet at the Howard Middle School track in Orlando
» Thursday meet at Glenridge Middle School

RAIN POLICY

Training programs run in the rain! Coaches are present for every workout and workouts are only cancelled if lightning is present in the area at that time.

REFUND POLICY

The training fee is non-refundable.

RESTRICTIONS

For safety reasons, baby joggers/strollers, bicycles, rollers skates, in-line skates, and dogs will be prohibited from the training sessions.

NOTE: The Track Shack Fitness Training Programs are designed for persons over the age of 18. Persons younger than 18 interested in training, should check with their school for running/fitness programs or check out Junior Track Shack Running Club.

Store Hours

Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm.

Saturday 10am-5pm.

Due to construction, customer parking is available directly behind Track Shack plus additional spaces are accessible behind Pigzza via the alley. Street parking also available along Oregon St. and Thornton Ave.
