Refund and Transfer Policy

The registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If for some reason you cannot compete after registering, you may defer your entry to entry or switch from one distance to another.

RACE SWITCHING POLICY

Participants may switch between races by emailing info@trackshack.com by Wednesday, November 20, 2024. 

Switching Fees:
Virtual 5k to Half Marathon: Price difference at the time of switch
Half Marathon to Virtual 5k: No refund/ No processing fee
Physical Half Marathon to Virtual Half Marathon: No refund/ No processing fee

DEFERRAL POLICY

Half marathon participants may defer their race entry for up to ONE YEAR*.  Secure your entry into the 2025 race by mailing info@trackshack.com.  Deadline to defer your entry is Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

Deferral Fee:
$30 + $4 processing fee

• *Deferrals may only be carried over to the following registration year. You will NOT be automatically entered into the 2025 race; you must claim your deferred entry by August 2024. 
• 5K registrations may not be deferred. Deferrals are reserved specifically for half marathon entries.
