Team Captains: Use the Team Captain Instructions for tips on how to successfully create and manage your team!  All Team Captains, including those who have been a Team Captain in the past, must create a new team.

If you plan on participating, don't forget to join after creating the team!


Entry Fees (per participant):

Entry Fees are non-refundable. The fee includes the 5k run/walk, a bib, event shirt, 8-week training program, entertainment and refreshments.

Registration Process

STEP 1. Select Your Payment option 


Step 2. Box/Bib Number Pick-up

Team Captains must pick up team box for all participants registered by 11:59 pm on April 5th. Team box includes includes: Bib #'s, t-shirts, safety pins, race day information. Pick-up at Track Shack located at 1104 N Mills Ave. 

For registrations completed April 6 - April 17, participants may pick up individual race number and shirt.

Note: Box Pick-Up is not available race day.

STEP 3. Seed the Fastest Runners

At Box/Bib Number Pick-up, the Team Captain will receive wristbands for seeded runners. Only those runners who wear the wristband will be allowed in the "seeded corral" at the start line.

Captains may 'seed' 10% of their participants (i.e. 45 participants = 5 seeded runners), up to a maximum of 25 runners. Seeded runners are the fastest runners and will be at the front of the starting line. Seeded runners should be full time employees (for scoring) and be able to complete the Corporate 5k in 25 minutes or less. It is not mandatory to seed runners.

Dates to Remember:

August 15, 2019: Registration and Tent Pre-Sale opens

December 31, 2019: Team tent pre-sale pricing ends. Pay your tent invoice or the price goes up!

January 21, 2020: Team Captains Kick-Off Party at Second Harvest.

February 13, 2020: Deadline to pay your team tent balance. If your invoice isn't paid by this date, you will lose your tent reservation.

February 14, 2020: Deadline to reserve a team tent (if they don’t sell out!)

March 17, 2020: Last chance to nominate someone for the Workplace Wellness Award

March 20, 2020: Deadline to submit t-shirt design for the T-shirt Design Contest

March 23, 2020 - March 27. 2020: Vote for your favorite T-shirt design on the Corporate 5k Facebook 

March 27, 2020: Last day to register to have race number included in team box, and get included in team invoice (if your company is paying for all employees). Teams can still be created online after this date, but individual payments will be the only payment option.

March 28, 2020 – April 8, 2020: Register online during this time and your bib number will be available for pick up by last name (starting April 2) at Track Shack.

April 1, 2020: Team payment due. Generate and pay your invoice online! Checks should be made out to Track Shack Fitness Club. Invoices can be generated and paid for before the due date.

April 2, 2020 - April 8, 2020: Team box/ number pick up at Track Shack. Team Captains must pick up team box for all participants registered by 11:59 pm on March 28th. Team must be paid in full. Team box includes: Bib #'s, t-shirts, safety pins, race day information. 

For registrations completed March 29 - April 8, participants may pick up individual bib number and shirt at Track Shack. 

April 8, 2020: If you register on April 8th, you must pick up your number at Track Shack by 7:00 pm that same day, or at one of the information tents on race day.

April 9, 2020: RACE DAY! 6:45 PM
If you register on race day, you must pick up your bib number at one of the information tents.

April 13, 2020: Finish times for your team are due by 12:00 pm (noon) to be included in the Results. 

April 23, 2020: Team Captain Awards Reception
