Welcome New Partner: True Health

Track Shack proudly welcomes True Health as a new partner!

Together we've established the Be Healthy 5k & Kids' Run benefiting True Health happening Saturday, September 24th. It’s an opportunity for runners and walkers to enjoy Sanford’s beautiful Riverwalk along Lake Monroe while supporting True Health’s vision of creating healthier communities through life-changing care.

True Health is a private not-for-profit, community health center that’s been serving Central Floridians for 45 years. With eight locations across Orange and Seminole County, True Health provides high-quality, comprehensive health care at a reasonable cost to everyone. In addition, to primary care for adults and children, True Health provides the following services:

- OBGYN
- Dentistry
- Optometry
- Podiatry
- Behavioral Health
- Psychiatry

Their on-site pharmacies and on-site labs are designed to be a comprehensive experience, a one-stop shop so patients may have continuity of care.
