Be Healthy 5k & Kids' Run - THE 5K IS SOLD OUT

About this Event

The inaugural Be Healthy 5K benefiting True Health is an opportunity to walk or run Sanford’s beautiful Riverwalk along Lake Monroe while supporting True Health’s vision of creating healthier communities through life-changing care. True Health is a 501(c )(3) nonprofit that has been serving Central Floridians with high-quality comprehensive healthcare for 45 years. With eight locations in Orange and Seminole county, True Health provides primary healthcare to insured and uninsured patients and turns no one away based on inability to pay. Join us, as we support True Health in ensuring all Floridians have access to quality medical care.

Be generous, be active, be happy, be healthy.

True Health is all about being true, being healthy and being balanced! The bee is known for balancing their work life and wellbeing. They can also be a reminder to enjoy the honey of life, i.e., the simple and sweet moments and the rewards of your efforts.

Walker Friendly Events

Keeping Central Florida Fit is our mission. Walkers are encouraged to participate in all Track Shack races. Municipalities require that roadways are clear of participants and opened as soon as the race is complete. That is why a maximum pace of 15 minutes per mile is set. If the pace isn't maintained, race officials will ask you to move to the sidewalk to re-open the roadways.
