Abby Slauter is a writer, fitness microblogger, communications student, and the mother of two girls who has been running for Team Track Shack since 2017. She began a fitness journey in 2015 with Track Shack’s training programs to get in shape after her first baby, and fell in love with the sport of running. Since then, she has not only kept off the 90+ pounds she lost, but has also become a competitive runner and ran throughout her entire second pregnancy. Now postpartum, Abby is currently training for her first full marathon as well as the Fanatic Series and OUC Half Marathon!
