We offer you 7 straight days of marathons and half marathons all on an asphalt path through a beautiful pine forest and gorgeous weather.
Each runner that completes a marathon or half marathon will receive a finisher medal for each race. Each participant will receive a t-shirt also. Runners who complete all 7 marathons or half marathons will receive a very special second award.

Savage Seven Race Details:
The oldest seven-day series of marathons in the United States!
For the tenth year in a row, Savage Racing, LLC will be hosting the Savage Seven in Ocala, Florida! The Baseline Trail Head is located at 4255 SW Baseline Road, Silver Springs, FL (6 miles from downtown Ocala). The whole idea of the Savage Seven is to accommodate runners who want to run as many marathons as possible in the shortest amount of time.
It is the perfect way to finish off the year with 7 Marathons, 7 Half Marathons, or 7 50K races. Run around a beautiful 5 mile loop at the Greenway Park Trails during the week between Christmas and New Years! You don’t have to run all seven days. You can run any number of the races or a combination thereof. There will be a special award for those who run all seven days. The weather normally averages between 50 to 80 degrees, usually with no rain (or snow).
Our course is mostly a 12′ wide asphalt path with no hills or motor traffic that winds through a beautiful pine forest. Runners will run five laps of approximately five miles each with no time limit.
Each race begins at 7AM. Race day registration is from 5:30 am to 6:30 am. Those who register on race day will receive an official time, but may not receive a finisher metal or t-shirt. Bib pick up begins at 5:30 am. Race day registration rates: 50K $100, 1/2 Marathon $90, and Marathon $100.
We have had good food in the past and this year we will have even better food. We will have a hot dish and pizza every day! Plenty of liquids and Gatorade will be available as well.

Do I have to register for all seven marathons?
No, you can register anywhere from one to seven or 50K!
Do you have early starts?
No, all our races begin at 7AM. BIB pick-up begins at 5:30AM.
Is there a time limit?
No, we’re there until the last runner crosses the finish line!
How often do you have water stops?
We have two aid stations. One at the start/finish, and one at the half-way mark (2.5 miles).
Can I defer for one year? No
What is the best airport to fly into?
You have four options: Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa or Jacksonville. Keep in mind that Orlando may be cheaper but there are tolls on the turnpike to Ocala.
