• In effort to promote physical distancing and mitigate person-to-person contact we have reduced the physical event capacity for the 5k to 1,000. Additional changes will be made as needed to ensure the health of all participants.

• Online registration available until race day or when races reach capacity.

Virtual Nemours Kids' Run- Capacity 400  

The Kids' Run is recommended for children 12 and under.

Team Competition

In the spirit of friendly competition, rally your co-workers or civic group to RUNNONA!

Get recognized on race day AND raise a little money for your charity of choice. One company or civic group with the most participants (minimum 15) wins an award and a $250 donation to their charity of choice, which must be a 501 (c) (3) organization.

What makes up a team?

Any group of people participating together under the name of a corporation or civic organization. Non-corporate or civic organization teams are invited to participate too, i.e. Sam's Running Rebels.

If you plan on picking up bibs for the entire team, please email annie@trackshack.com to coordinate.
Results of the team competition will be announced after the race at the Awards Presentation at 8:30 am.

How to create a team

The first member of the team to register for the event has the option to create the team. From here, you will have access to a personalized team page.  This includes a link to invite new team members to join, team members can also communicate with each other through the team page.


Virtual Race Option

Can’t make it to the race but still want to experience the excitement and achievement? Sign up to run the virtual race! 

How it works

• Select the Virtual Race OR the Digital Package.
• Complete your virtual race ANYWHERE at ANYTIME.
• To receive a customized finisher certificate submit your 5k time online by Saturday, October 3 through your participant account. A reminder email will be sent on September 4. 
• Post a photo or video and share your virtual race experience on your social media using the hashtag #RunNona5k #TrackShackVirtual. This is optional but fun!
• So easy! Your bib, medal and t-shirt will arrive by mail within two weeks following the race (not included with the Digital Package).
