All entrants will receive a gender-specific tech shirt and finisher medal.
Kids' runs are free for all children and is recommended for children 12 and under. Distances range from 100 yards to 1 mile and children will be placed in age appropriate groups. Registration will open on Monday, September 19. T-shirts are first come first serve. All finishers receive a finisher medal.
In the spirit of friendly competition, rally your co-workers or run club to do the Be Healthy 5k benefiting True Health! One company or group with the most participants (minimum 15) wins an award and $250 toward a gathering of your choice provided by SimplyIOA! Run, walk and build camaraderie. Get recognized at the event AND celebrate together!
After the 5k, runners/walkers age 21+ can enjoy a refreshing craft beer provided by Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company!
