The Orlando Gay Chorus (OGC), now 150+ members strong, is one of the largest mixed LGBTQ+ choruses in the country. Founded on Valentine’s Day in 1990, OGC has been a fixture in the Central Florida area for 34+ years. Composed of LGBTQ+ individuals and many allies from all walks of life, all ages, and all backgrounds, OGC warmly welcomes all who would like to join them in their goal of changing hearts and minds in Central Florida and throughout the world. Dale Smith has been a lifelong active lifestyle enthusiast and got his professional DJ and Emcee debut in the 8th grade. He continued his passion for both athletic events and entertainment at Northern Illinois University before relocating to Orlando to produce branded nightlife experiences. He hosts and promotes weekly run groups in the Central Florida area and leads the growing community of Orlando runners at Ivanhoe Park Brewing every Wednesday night.
Elvis is making another appearance this year! David Jericko, (or as Track Shack knows him, Doug Dobbs) has been performing in live Elvis shows for over 17 years. Traveling to countless theaters and performing arts centers all over the southeast. David/Doug started training with Track Shacks Marathonfest in 1999 and completed 24 marathons in the next 14 years. He was also know for teaming up with local cartoonist, Dana Summers to perform for the annual Victory breakfasts entertaining the Shacks runners with numerous parody songs from the prior marathon season. Look for him on the course singing motivational Elvis songs to keep you going! Go get ‘em runners!
