As a mother of four kids under 11, and a new runner, I would like to learn about how to involve my kids in running. I would like to be more aware of what I need to watch out for as far as dehydration/injuries in children who run...

I would like to learn how to stay hydrated during long runs and what to do post work-out during the summer heat in Florida. I would also like to know a few tips on how to stay motivated to get out and run when I am not training for a race.

I would like to learn about some diet and exercise tips for people with thyroid issues, like my mother. I know it would really benefit her in the long run (no pun intended :) )

I would like to learn how to eat healthy during my training with gluten/wheat/whole grain free meals. I am gluten/wheat/whole grain intolerant so eating healthy foods during training is very difficult for me. It would be interesting to learn what types of foods I should or could be eating!

It would be great to know some snack and meal recipes for runners that are healthy, include protein, and are family friendly...i.e. that the whole family/spouse/kids and runners will enjoy! Tasty and power packed!

Now that it is so hot in Orlando, I can only handle running early in the morning before the sun and heat get too intense. But I have trouble getting enough water and food into my system when I first wake up to properly fuel my run. Besides waking up an hour (or more) before my run, what can I eat/drink to set me up for a successful run? I expect this heat to continue for three more months. I would like to maintain as much sleep as possible and still fuel properly for a daily run.

I started running in January of this year and while I love it, it's been hard lately keeping up with it. I love to hear tips on how to stay motivated with working out and dieting!

I would like to learn about how to keep from getting off track and when you do how to get yourself back on it. So many times I start out good and then just "get too busy" and then next thing I know it's been a month since my last workout. This is both gym and nutrition that are the issue. We live in a very fast paced life these days.

How to transition from running indoors (treadmill) to running outdoors. It is so hot outside along with being much more difficult on your body to run outside on the pavement etc. I do so much better on treadmill during the hot summer (due to the ease and comfort of A/C) that it makes it so difficult for me to go outside and run. It is also very discouraging when you can run several miles on treadmill and feel like you are dying and can only make a mile outside. So... tips on how to transition without being discouraged would be helpful :)
