UCAN, Sports Nutrition That Will Give You More Energy Without The Crash

It’s almost time to run your favorite race, but during your last run you just didn’t have quite the kick to finish as strong as you wanted. So now you’ve done some searching and have come across products that will give you a boost in energy. 

However, most of them have sugar. And we know sugar can give you that crash feeling during a run. Luckily there is a company that has a very unique ingredient that does not use ingredients that spike your blood pressure. They go by Generation UCAN.

So what’s this unique ingredient? UCAN products use what is called superstarch. Superstarch is “a complex carbohydrate (derived from non-GMO corn) that uniquely stabilizes blood sugar and causes virtually no reaction from the fat-storage hormone insulin”. 

When this starch hits your bloodstream, it releases energy in a slow release manner. This gives you more energy over time rather than that quick jolt buzz to only leave you feeling like a slug by the end of a run. UCAN’s awesome products are a healthier alternative to some of the other sugar based brands.
