WALK RUN ACCOMPLISHMENT PROGRAM
"W.R.A.P"
Orlando & Lake Mary
The Walk Run Accomplishment Program is designed for adults interested in beginning a running program to improve their fitness and promote a healthier lifestyle. If you are a beginner and looking to get yourself off the couch and on the road, this is the place to start. Learn the basics in a supportive, social, and fun atmosphere. Group coaching accommodates a variety of fitness levels along with alot of group interaction and support. WRAP takes you from 0 – 3 miles gradually over a 10-week period and helps prepare you for participating in the 5k races. Most participants are able to complete a 5k at the conclusion of the 10-week program. After completing WRAP, some participants move into our other training programs; such as Five and Dime - a 5k and 10k program, or MarathonFest - a marathon and half-marathon training program. WRAP meets twice a week in the evenings for 10 weeks. We are now offering TWO locations: Orlando & Lake Mary! Times, dates, and meeting locations are listed below.

NOTE: The Track Shack Foundation Training Programs are designed for persons of 18 years of age or older. Persons younger than 18 should check with their local school for running/fitness programs.
Restrictions For safety reasons, baby joggers/strollers, bicycles, rollers skates, in-line skates, and dogs will be prohibited from the training sessions.
Refund Policy
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician’s letter and submitted prior to the half-way point in the training session.
