The Track Shack Foundation Mission
The Track Shack Foundation is proud to offer the community of Central Florida a variety of Training Programs designed to improve the overall fitness and well-being of our community. We aim to improve the quality of life in Central Florida by stretching your legs, pumping your heart, opening your mind, and uplifting your spirit. Our training programs assist you along the way to better health and fitness. These training programs are designed for adults, persons over the age of 18.

Walk Run Accomplishment Program - WRAP
WRAP is a 10-week group coached program designed for adults who are interested in using running to improve their fitness and overall health. This program meets twice a week and is offered in Lake Mary and Orlando. WRAP-Lake Mary meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 pm. WRAP- Orlando meets Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6 pm. Cost: $75 per 10 week session

5k and 10k Training Program - Five and Dime
Five and Dime is a 10-week group coached running program designed to make adult runners FAST! You must have a solid running base of 15-20 miles per week already established to be ready for Five and Dime training. This program meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 pm. Cost: $75 per 10 week session

MarathonFest - MarathonFest
MarathonFest is a 3-day week group coached training program for adult runners training for the marathon and half-marathon distance. MarathonFest meets on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays OR Sundays. We offer track workouts, hill and tempo runs, and incremental long runs on the weekends. We provide training schedules for most major marathons and half-marathons, group coaching, support, and pace groups of various speeds. For more information, go to Training Programs/MarathonFest.
Cost: $125 per 6 month session
Alumni: $100 per 6 month session

Galloway Marathon and Half Marathon Training Program - Galloway
Would you like to run a marathon or half-marathon but don’t know where to start? Would you like to train for a longer race but are afraid of getting injured? You can get to the starting line of your targeted race following Jeff Galloway’s proven and highly supportive “Run Injury Free” style of training. Using Galloway’s Run/Walk Interval Method, you can build mileage in a very safe way and with a very low risk of injury. This method is perfect for the beginner as well as the advanced runner.

NOTE: The Track Shack Foundation Training Programs are designed for persons of 18 years of age or older. Persons younger than 18 should check with their local school for running/fitness programs.

Restrictions
For safety reasons, baby joggers/strollers, bicycles, rollers skates, in-line skates, and dogs will be prohibited from the training sessions.

Refund Policy
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician’s letter and submitted prior to the half-way point in the training session.
