W.R.A.P. The Walk-Run Accomplishment Program, also known as "WRAP", is for adults interested in beginning a running program to improve their overall fitness and health. If you are a beginner and want to get off the couch and out on the road, WRAP is the place to start. This group-coached program meets twice a week for 10 weeks. You will learn the basics of running in a supportive, social, and fun atmosphere. WRAP participants gradually build their running fitness from 0 to 3 miles over the 10-week session. Many WRAP participants are able to complete a 5k at the conclusion of the 10-week program. We are now offering WRAP in TWO locations: Orlando & Lake Mary! Check out our new daytime WRAP-Orlando class, too! Meeting times, dates, and locations are listed below.

NOTE: The Track Shack Foundation Training Programs are designed for persons of 18 years of age or older. Persons younger than 18 should check with their local school for running/fitness programs.
Restrictions
For safety reasons, baby joggers/strollers, bicycles, rollers skates, in-line skates, and dogs will be prohibited from the training sessions.

The training fee is non-refundable.
