Application Process
Thank you for your interest in the Track Shack Foundation. We pride ourselves on assisting charities and organizations on bettering the health and fitness of our youth today and our future tomorrow.
Non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organizations are invited to submit an Application for Funds. All funds are granted based on availability and also how the organizations request coincides with the mission of the Track Shack Foundation. We look forward to reviewing your application. Please make sure to read the following information listed below on the items needed in order to process your Application for Funds.

- Please Complete the Track Shack Foundation Application for Funds to its entirety.
- Please include a photo of organizations members, members names and a financial statement showing existing contributors and sources of income.
- Please attach proof to your application that your charity is a 501 (c)(3) organization.
- Please support your request by providing estimated line item expenses.
- Please submit completed application and attachments to: Track Shack Foundation, 1102 North Mills Avenue, Orlando, FL 32803.
