Sara Raschiatore

New addition to the team! Sara was the 1st Place Overall Female for last year’s Grand Prix Series. She graduated from Indiana University of PA with a Masters degree in Exercise Science. She was a member of the Cross-Country and Track team and completed her collegiate running career as a six time all-American. She re-located to Central Florida in 2007 to pursue a career as an exercise physiologist. She has continued to race several 5 and 10k's and 3 half marathons as well as her first marathon this past May. She plans on continuing to pursue the marathon and will be training for her second one this upcoming fall.

Heather King

A returning Team Track Shack member, Heather moved to Florida from Scotland with her husband John eight years ago. She is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University with a degree in Quantity Surveying and works for a cost management firm in Orlando. She ran her first 5K in 2006 and won 2nd place in her age group, turning the sport into a passion. With the help of the Track Shack training program she completed her first marathon in 2009, running the Walt Disney World Marathon, and finishing 15th Overall Female. She also ran the Boston Marathon, where she set a PR of 3:07:16. In her free time she says she enjoys running, running, running and to run.

Maite Moscoso

Maite is joining Team Track Shack for the second time. She started running to keep up with her daughter when she joined a local track club. In 2004, she ran her first 5k and has not stopped since. She has won several local and state races, including 1st place overall in the 2006-2007 Track Shack Grand Prix Series. This year, Maite is training hard and hopes to complete her first marathon. Besides running, Maite works full time for an Orlando CPA firm, is a proud mother of two Maite 14 & Juan 8. She enjoys watching her kids compete and spending time with her family.

Allison Palmer

Allison graduated from the University of Central Florida, where she ran on the Cross-country and Track team, serving as team captain for three years. Her goals for the upcoming Grand Prix Series are to break 18 minutes for the 5k and to influence 25 people to run the Grand Prix Series with her. Allison is passionate about cheering on runners and walkers dressed in themed costumes at races. Her heroes are college coach, Mason Cathey, and Donna Nelson and the Elite Staff of Track Shack.

Heather Schulz

Heather wears many hats as a wife, mother and competitive runner. Heather has been participating in Track Shack races since she was 16. You can spot her at most Track Shack races with her two beautiful daughters, Sarah, 12 and Amber, 5. She began running competitively at age 12, and ran track for Colonial High School and went on to run Cross-country at the University of Central Florida (UCF). She is a member of the Orlando Runners Club, and went to Japan in 2000 for the Tokyo Bay, Urayasu 1/2 marathon and took 1st women overall. Heather has ran Chicago Marathon (3 times), Disney (2 times), Boston and Grandma's marathon. Other PR's include: 10K: 37:11, 1/2 marathon 1:25:22, marathon: 3:10:04.

Amy Sindler

For the past 5 years, Amy has been running with the Track Shack’s Marathonfest program, with whom she trained to run 4 marathons, including last year’s Boston Marathon with a PR of 3:36:13 . She has also been a member of 5 & Dime, where she’s been a staple in Coach Dave’s group. Amy’s involvement with the Orlando Runners Club led to running the 2006 Urayasu ½ marathon in Japan and participating in a rewarding cultural exchange. As a dietitian at the Orlando VA Medical Center, Amy spreads her enthusiasm of nutrition & fitness and enjoys motivating coworkers to join their Corporate 5k team.
