Not only does Nathan work on the retail side of Track Shack, but he also dedicates his time as a Five and Dime coach for the Track Shack Foundation Training Programs. Before Track Shack, Nathan graduated from Florida State University, where he earned a degree in Physical Education and Health. He also ran for Florida State University and was First Team All Region in Cross Country.

Daniel got into running with support from his Dad. He began his running career with the Mile Fun Run at the age of 5 and has continued his running career into college. He has been running competitively for about 10 years. Daniel graduated from University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Sciences in 2008 and is currently pursuing his Masters Degree from UCF in Healthcare Administration. He is currently training for NYC and Boston Marathon. Daniel is also the Head Boys Coach for Bishop Moore High School, where he has been coaching for 5 years. He has led them to 4 consecutive state appearances in Cross-Country and their first ever District Track and Field title.

Jay has been running for ten years now. He competed at Clemson University in Clemson, SC for three years until he decided he would rather move on to the marathon. So far, he has run four marathons, including Boston, with a personal best of 2:24.55 at the Baltimore marathon. He has a goal of making it to the U.S. Olympic trials for the 2012 Olympics, and is hoping to get that time in this year’s marathon season. He has 10k PR of 31:15, and a half marathon PR of 1:09.11. He’s looking forward to joining team Track Shack this year and is ready to do the best he can for the team.

John started running Cross-country his junior year in High School to get in shape for Basketball Season. After experiencing immediate success during first season of Cross-Country, he quit Baseball in the spring to run Track. Since then, John has competed in Cross-country and Track for the University at Buffalo in the Mid-American Conference (D-I). He graduated in 2007 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.A. in Mathematics. He is currently employed by The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company as a Project Engineer, and currently being coached by Gary Cohen with a main focus on the 15k & Half-Marathon.

Jason is a returning member of Team Track Shack. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Criminal Justice. He has been a law enforcement officer for approximately four years. When he began working in law enforcement, he started running to stay physically fit as a large part of his career goal. In the beginning of 2008, Jason ran his first marathon in Orlando, at the Walt Disney World Marathon with a time of 3:29:38. His goal in the near future is to qualify for the Boston Marathon. His goal this year while on the team is to stay in the sub 19 range.

Pat is once again joining Team Track Shack. He has been running competitively since he joined his high school’s cross-country team 19 years ago. He graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College (D-III) in 1999. While there, Pat ran cross-country and track, earning All-Ohio Athletic Conference in both sports as well as All-Great Lakes Region Honors in cross-country. After graduating, Pat earned a master's degree in Exercise Physiology at FSU. After moving to Orlando, Pat's running achievements include: 4-Time Winner of IOA Corporate 5K, 1st Place 2005 OUC Half-Marathon, and 1st Place Overall in the 2007-08 Track Shack Grand Prix Series. In his spare time, Pat is an assistant track coach for Dr. Phillips High School.

David was Track Shack’s 2000 Grand Prix Series Overall Male. He ran track and Cross-country for the University of Houston and graduated in 1991, moving to Orlando in 1992. He has been running in the Track Shack’s Grand Prix Series for the past 17 years. David currently lives in Deer Island with his wife, Jennifer, and children Anthony (3) and Sophia (1). He is employed by RBC Bank. Other awards include Central Florida Triathlon Series Champ in 2001 and 2003, and the 2003 Publix Family Weekend Series Champ.
