The registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If for some reason you cannot compete after registering, you may defer your entry to entry or switch from one distance to another.
Participants may switch between races by emailing info@trackshack.com by Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Switching Fees:
5k to Half Marathon: Price difference at the time of switch
Half Marathon to 5k: No refund/ No processing fee
In person Half Marathon to Virtual Half Marathon: No refund/ No processing fee
Half marathon participants may defer their race entry for up to ONE YEAR*. Deadline to defer your entry is Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Deferral Fee: $30 + $4 processing fee
How to Defer:
Log in to your participant account (or create one if needed).
Click “YOUR REGISTRATIONS.”
Select “VIEW REGISTRATION” for the event you want to defer.
At the bottom right-hand side, click “REGISTRATION OPTIONS.”
Choose “DEFER FOR FUTURE” and then confirm by clicking “DEFER.”
*Deferrals may only be carried over to the following registration year. You will NOT be automatically entered into the 2026 race; you must claim your deferred entry by October 2025.
