Team Track Shack

Denise started running in 2017 and jumped from the 5k to wanting to run a half marathon. Running helped her through her postpartum anxiety and depression after having her daughter in 2018. She PRd by 16 minutes in the half marathon shortly a year after having her daughter. Track Shack’s training, Five and Dime, really helped her with her PR goals in the half and 5k. She completed her first duathlon in May of 2021. She also teaches Bae & Me Bootcamp classes for GRiT FIT.
