Featuring Mikaela Laughlin from lululemon Orlando Outlets. She's an instructor at Project 7 Yoga teaching Vinyasa Flow.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one!
Registration opens about a month prior to each session. Donation requested.
If the session you would like to attend is already sold out, email firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the waiting list.
