Thanks for joining Betsy, me and our entire team at Track Shack in this year’s Corporate 5k
Run presented by Insurance Office of America. We are excited with our new (former) venue of Lake Eola. We will have giant video screens, music and entertainment for your enjoyment.That’s right, not only is Corporate 5k the biggest and best 5k in Central Florida, it’s also the best office party. Did we mention the two Mich Ultra beverage stations?
Look for 500 teams and over 11,000 runners and walkers at the start line. The downtown
skyline of Orlando is the backdrop of this evening of fun, fitness and camaraderie. Best of all you are supporting deserving organizations including: Parramore Kidz Zone,
Track Shack Foundation, Christian Service Center and the Orlando Runners Club Scholarship
Fund. The evening is devoted to creating community awareness of these charities
while sharing your commitment to health and fitness with your co-workers. Participating in
the Corporate 5k gives you more energy, improves your fitness level and makes you more
productive.
It’s Corporate 5k season so lets encourage our co-workers, vendors, friends and professional
colleagues in these trying times to step out on Thursday, April 16th to celebrate a healthy
