STEP 1. PAYMENT OPTIONS - NEW FEATURES!
Team Captain - what payment option works best for your team?

ONE PAYMENT for all team members-
No credit card information is required upon team registration. At close of online registration, Thursday, March 31st, payment for early registration is due. The team captain will be emailed an invoice based on their total participant count. Payment is accepted by either check or credit card.

TEAM MEMBERS PAY INDIVIDUALLY-
Team members pay individually. Credit card payment is required by individual team member upon registering online.

ONE PAYMENT FOR A FIXED NUMBER of Team Members-
The Company pays for a fixed number of team members. Upon reaching the Fixed Number of Team Members designated by the Team Captain, subsequent team members may JOIN the team through online registration or paper registration and must pay individually. At close of online registration, Thursday, March 31st, payment for early registration is due. Payment is accepted by either check or credit card.

Team Members - join your team.

To add team members, bring paper registration form and payment to Track Shack. The Participant Registration Form is on Forms & PDFs. Make checks payable to Track Shack Fitness Club.

Team captains can use the "Manage your Team" tool to view their roster.

STEP 3. PACKET PICK-UP SCHEDULE
Team Captain- Pick up team packet at Track Shack.
Packet includes: Bib #'s, T-shirts, Race Day Information.

Thursday, April 5 and Friday, April 6 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday, April 7 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday, April 8 CLOSED
Monday, April 9- Wednesday, April 11 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Note: Race Pack Pick-Up is NOT available race day.

STEP 4. SEED THE FASTEST RUNNERS
At packet pick-up, the Team Captain will receive wristbands for seeded runners. Only those runners who wear the wristband will be allowed in the "seeded corral" at the start line.

Captains may “seed” 10% of their participants (i.e. 45 participants = 5 seeded runners), up to a maximum of 25 runners. Seeded runners are the fastest runners and will be at the front of the starting line. Seeded runners should be able to complete the Corporate 5k in 25 minutes or less. It is not mandatory to seed runners.
