Winning Ways for Workplace Wellness Contest
We want to recognize local companies that realize the benefits of creating healthy workplaces and who are willing to share their successes with others. Through our Winning Ways for Workplace Wellness Contest, company representatives are asked to contribute their workplace wellness best practices on the Corporate 5k Facebook Fan Page and help us build a culture of wellness around the Corporate 5k.

One company per month (Jan-April) will be selected as the featured company in the Company Spotlight for sharing their Winning Ways and will receive a continental breakfast for 25 delivered to the office courtesy of Firehouse Subs! Enter Here!

February - Share examples of how leadership at your company sets the example to be fit.

Team Spirit Award presented by IOA
There is only one way to get this award and that is to register the largest team at the Corporate 5k. A team is not just your co-workers. You can invite anyone to be a part of your team- friends, family, clients and vendors!

Track Shack T-Shirt Design Contest
The "Best Overall Design" is decided by the participants through the Corporate 5k Facebook page. The entries are posted in a photo album for everyone to see and vote/like, so make sure they look good! An e-mail will be sent to the winning team and announced on the Facebook page.
The award will be presented at the Team Captain Awards Breakfast of Thursday, April 26.

Contest Rules:
1. E-mail your design to Corporate5k@TrackShack.com, subject line "T-shirt Contest"
2. Include company name and the color of the t-shirt you will be printing on with your artwork/JPG image.
3. All images MUST be submitted as a JPEG, minimum size of 240x160.
4. The deadline is Friday, March 23rd. No entries will be accepted after the deadline.

Voting begins March 31st- April 8, on the Corporate 5k Facebook Page. A 2012 T-shirt Contest photo album will be created with all the designs. The design with the most "likes" wins.
