track shack foundationTrack Shack Foundation donates $12,000 to Community Causes

January 2007 - The Track Shack Foundation Board of Directors awarded $12,000 in grants to local organizations. Serving Central Florida, the Track Shack Foundation makes health and fitness opportunities available through adult training programs and funding youth athletic programs.
Recent grant recipients include:
• Freedom Ride, Orlando – A therapeutic horseback riding program for people with disabilities.
• Oak Ridge High School, Orlando – For their school track program.
• Pan Handle Express Track Club, Ft. Walton Beach, FL - AAU running club
• Partin Settlement Elementary, Kissimmee - For their school track and cross country program.
• Rock Lake Middle School, Longwood - For their school track program
• St. Luke's Lutheran School, Oviedo - To fund a 5k that will raise money for the school's soccer club.
• Strenstrom Trek for Tech event, Oviedo - Fundraising 5k for the school's technology equipment.
• Sunrise Elementary, Orlando - For their school running club
