my favorite time of the day will have to be the evening 7pm is my ideal running time. usually after work the last thing you want to do is go run a few miles but my muscles are warmed up the weather has cooled off and i'm ready to go. the cherry on top would be if it's raining. LOVE IT!

I can run any time of day. The time of day is never a factor because I just love running. I can not not run. What is a factor is what is on my plate for the day and what the weather is going to be. I do not have a set schedule as life never has a set schedule. You must adjust and adapt. So for me, lacing up my favorite pair of shoes and hitting the road is my favorite time of day. It is the thought of running and the run itself that makes me feel like I am doing the right thing for my mental and physical health.

First thing in the morning. Nothing beats getting on with your day knowing you've already had a great run! On those days when I can't, I inevitably seem to notice that everyone else is!

First thing in the morning. Nothing beats getting on with the rest of your day knowing you had a great run already! On the days I can't run I inevitably seem to notice that everyone else is!

As a Floridian, there is no better time for an outdoor run that in the early morning. There is still a coolness in the air, the streets are not too busy, and you can take in the sights as the birds whistle a melody of background music for you. Also, this time of day is beneficial whether you are running or training because you can take care of you before the demands of the day become a priority.
