Florida Dairy Farmers 20k Chocolate Milk Challenge Medal Released!

Track Shack welcomes sponsor Florida Dairy Farmers starting in November 2015 as a valued partner in three upcoming events! Florida Dairy Farmers joins the community of runners and walkers by sponsoring Run Nona and the first-ever 20K Chocolate Milk Challenge, the OUC Orlando Half Marathon and Smile Mile Kids’ Run 2016. 

Runners who go (or moooove) the distance at Run Nona on November 21 will be rewarded with the inaugural Florida Dairy Farmers 20k Chocolate Milk Challenge Medal for completing both the 5k and 15k.

“Track Shack is Florida-grown and so are the Florida Dairy Farmers and we’re thrilled that they are supporting local events that promote active lifestyles,” says Jon Hughes co-owner of Track Shack and Race Director.

In addition to the 20k Chocolate Milk Challenge at Run Nona, participants will be able to sample chocolate milk at the upcoming events, get nutritional information and learn about Team Build It happening at the OUC Orlando Half Marathon.

Florida’s Dairy Farmers is Florida’s milk promotion organization, representing more than 130 Florida dairy farmers who work every day to provide a steady supply of fresh milk. These hardworking men and women are caretakers of their cows, stewards of the land and leaders in their communities. The farmer-funded organization works to enhance the industry’s image with a goal of increasing milk and dairy product sales statewide via consumer marketing and education.
